Why cut the bread before layering on the plans. Just spread bread and add seeds, then cut into triangles.

Wouldnt it be easier to cut the crust off. Wait to cut into quarters AFTER putting shrimp & sesame on? Seems like more work to cut into quarters 1st Anywsy, love your videos! You girls are fun to watch!

I really love eating these at a local restaurant in Hong Kong except they do it closed sandwich style, always thought these are very hard to make never knew its actually quite simple! :) gonna try the recipe out later myself :)

I'm always afraid of burning the oil! What kind of oil is best? And should be on medium heat I guess? Never heard of prawn toast, can't wait to try these!

Naïri Khandjian avocado oil is best. 500 degree smoke point. Heat oil to 350 to 375 degree.
