maybe a similar breakdown on a front lunge? which when i do i am always questioning my alignment of ankle/knee/hip - seeing you from all angles at all stages of a movement is really useful too - i never feel balanced in front lunges and i feel like my hip isnt inline with knee (is it really possible for hip knee and ankle to all line up with pelvis facing forward?!) - its all very confusing when someon is not as flexible as you in all joints.
