Are You Setting Yourself Up For Failure Searching Coins For Errors? Buy Coins From Us portsmouthcoinshop.com/ CoinHelpu Community coinauctionshelp.com/forum/
I have kept all my change, even traded cash for coins headed to the coin machines to get paper money but ive kept them until I can go through them confidently knowing I know what exactly to look for. I'm reaching that point and agree with you! Saves time and energy when you know exactly what to look for! Thanks Daniel!

roll it by date.....SAVE EVERYTHING...you never know.....free time and experience is a matter of freedom to do so....I would suggest subscribing to alot of coin channels with a good following, watch PCGS videos on KZitem, they go into INSANE detail on what they look for in grading.....or just roll em by date and pass em down generations ;)

I wish I lived closer to you, in the late 50's early 60's my grandmother worked in a grocery story and she saved every wheat penny that came to her. My dad use to buy those pennies from her, my dad passed away 2 years ago and I have a 5 gallon bucket of legit unsearched wheat pennies. I tried to search them but after a couple handfulls and several headaches later I gave up.

I don't search coins for people, sorry, that takes way too much time. I suggest separating them by date and mint, then looking at PCGS price guide to determine which dates have varieties that are worth something in circulated grades. You can eliminate many of the dates and mints by doing that, so you don't waste time searching all of them.

Thank you for making videos like these. I think you are one of the genuine dealers out there, that isn't afraid to educate your subscribers, or just the internet alone. Everything you said, makes 100 % sense, when you express yourself over and over again, on how we have to educate ourselves more, to understand on the why, these coins, are somewhat, possibly, could be, very valuable and why , they would be?! You explain the best, in my book, hands down, over most people., about coins and their info. So., Thanks. Got a few videos to bust out, and soak up! "A true treasure hunt" Good luck,$

what i have been doing [iam semi retired and have a lot of free time] is pulling out all coins in a year or mint mark i know have potentential errors and when i have a quantity go through them . a good example is i have about 300 1972p in all grades when we get a i cant go out i t is a bad weather day i will examine them . i did it with 1992d and got a couple that are almost touching i saved them and threw about 500 back. your advice is welcome and appreciated and i know it gives a lot of insight on how to make searching more rewarding i really enjoy watching your videos.

Being new to coin collecting, sort of, this is the type of information I need. Many of us put coins away to keep, but find anomalies is new for me. With the right information and tools it is a fun thing to do on a rainy day. Thank you for your time and expertise.

I've hunted penny rolls for a long time and just 2 days ago, I picked up yet another 1998 Philly to check for a WAM. I about fell off my chair. There it was a beautiful MS-63 wide A M. I emailed obverse and Reverse pics to Ga and he confirmed that it was indeed a '98 LMC-WAM. I do have 2 suspiciously looking Wisconsin Xtra Leaf 'ers. I'm not counting my chickens just yet. They definitely got my attention so I've put them in Archival flips, until I get my S24 activated tomorrow. That should greatly improve my picture clarity

I'm one of them coin roll hunters I'm doing $1,000 bag of quarters right now. And a $200 bag of nickels. I do it at night when I'm sitting here watching TV. I've been doing this since 1979. You would be totally shocked at the amount of silver quarters I have found. I have found 102 West point quarters. Even though they're only worth between five and $8 a piece. It only cost me 25 cents. Even at $5 a piece. That's $520. Doing something enjoyable. And yes I found some fantastic error coins. If I got to use a magnifying glass to look at it I don't want it. That means the error is not that big of a deal. Thank you for your kind words that you said about us coin roll hunters. I call it adult Easter egg hunting LOL 😁

I wish I knew of a legitimate dealer who would be willing to examine a copper cent collection for a percentage. I have over thirty dollars fv of copper cents and would love to find out I had something rare, so I could quickly sell it and add to other areas of my stack. I saw some of the cents were oddly stamped (slightly off-center, over stamped and so forth.) I culled them all from circulation, so to me it's just a little bitty cent.
