As we approach the end of winter 2023, I started thinking about the attitudes and behavior that I have adopted which help to keep me safe while riding my motorcycle. I came up with seven behaviors, but I am sure there are many more. Here is what I came up with:
1. It is my responsibility to keep myself safe.
2. Check my ego at the garage door.
3. Become a life-long earner.
4. Treat every ride as practice.
5. Maintain a safe following distance.
6. Use lane position to your advantage.
7. Every corner deserves your respect.
Can you think of more? Leave your behaviors in the comments.
