Hey guys, I’m 7 months post partum and if you didn’t watch my last video, I ended up with diastasis symphysis pubis dysfunction after my third pregnancy. My baby was 9.7 pounds and I have such a petite frame, it was really unexpected to have a big baby, nothing wrong with that but I couldn’t walk for weeks. SPD can be debilitating and can cause women to be depressed. It’s so hard to deal with when you have a household to run and kids to take care of, let alone take care of yourself. I know for some women, they also have abdominal diastasis, lower back pain, a prolapsed uterus, or issues urinating or other things. I've had a lot of these problems and surprisingly not a lot of people talk about them publicly. I’m also breastfeeding and I know that is not helping my joints get stronger. If you’ve had or are currently experiencing SPD during pregnancy or after, leave a comment below and let me know how that’s going.
