Hi, friends! Please enjoy this new content for this new season! I really love this pattern and will probably be making it again in a few different fabrics. I think I’ll try the ruffle next time! Definitely would recommend this one, especially for frolicking in fields.
I forgot to mention in the video, you should use bias tape that matches your dress in color for the elastic channel. It probably won’t show too much, but you don’t want to be checking your neck ruffles 24/7 so better safe than sorry! You can always make your own bias tape (which I usually prefer because the packaged stuff from Joann is more expensive and synthetic), but I had some pre made in my stash so that’s what I chose to use for this project.
