Hello thank you for this video. I don't have any presets like you do at 4:49, are these presets something that you've made yourself, or has been shipped with your C4D? Thanks.

At the time of this recording there was only 1 Material option in C4D. Now there are 2 - Material and Standard Material. In the video I use Material, but now the Standard Material is the default... Confusing I know! If you'd like to use the old Material node that I am using with the presets, you can create a Redshift Shader Graph and then go to the Material Menu and drag in a Material. I hope this helps, thank you for your support :)

Amazzzzinggly sexy Tutorial. thanks so much for this. This is going to save my life. I just tried to give some (text - infographics based) image texture into the 'emission' - so that I will get the 'transmit color' as well as the texture map. Its just looking awesom. Is there a better way to apply image textures ? or am i on right path ?
@YouAndMeAcademy

Thanks for the love! It’s hard to answer your question without knowing what looking you are going for. But, emission is typically used for things that you want at act as their pure form, just like the luminance channel in C4D. You can email me a project file on the site if you’d like. Thanks 🤜🤛

Is this possible in standard renderer
@YouAndMeAcademy

Yes, it’s possible. Everything can be done to achieve the same look. But standard render is not the best so it probably won’t look as nice. Thank you for your support! 🤜🤛
