山楂蘋果水
材料:
山楂300克
華盛頓蘋果4個
冰糖300克
處理:
1. 山楂,清水浸洗5分鐘。
2. 蘋果,洗淨,1開4,去芯。
3. 山楂浸好,清水洗幾次,擎乾水。
4. 山楂及蘋果,放入煲內。
5. 冰糖,洗乾淨,放入煲內。
6. 加入清水至7升。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾。
2. 滾起後,轉中慢火,煲20分鐘。
3. 熄火,焗6小時以上。
4. 完成,可享用。

Preparation:
