Every so often I like to order these on a Sunday Dim Sum Brunch after church, many times I do eat this privately. I know for one these things are calorie laden, but we only get to live once. Some of the dim sum places actually use a batter method, much like a tempura batter.
There is a thin layer of skin in the octopus. Should peel off the thin layer then you will see the whole thing is white in colour . Then it is completely clean. . Kindly do this before continuing the next step.You miss telling to add in Ajinamoto . Try add in an egg and stir - mix well before adding in flour . The taste will be better.TQ.
