🍫Babka:
Dough:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp chocolate liqueur
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 tbsp butter
4-5 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
For the dry filling:(will make a lot which you can use for another time)
2 cups sugar
1 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 box of jello chocolate pudding powder
For wet filling: (If becomes dry add water to thin out)
1 cup dry chocolate filling ( recipe above)
2 tbsp oil
1/4 Cup Of chocolate liqueur
Crumble Filling:
1 cup confectioners' sugar or granulated
sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
6-8 tablespoons oil or cold, cubed unsalted butter
Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes
🍗Honey Glazed Chicken:
14 drumsticks
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup honey
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
1&1/2 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 350° (180°c) and lightly grease
a baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Add
everything else to a bowl and stir. Pour over
chicken. Cover dish tightly and place in the oven for 1 hr. After 1 hr,
uncover the dish, baste chicken with the
accumulated juices and cook for another 25-30
basting every 6/7 min to achieve maximum stickiness.
🐠 Moroccan Salmon:
Salmon Fillet
1-2 Red Chili
1-2 Green Jalapenos
Cilantro
5 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp of Tomato paste
1/4 Cup of Paprika
2 tbsp of Tumeric
S/P
1/2 Cup of Neutral Oil
1 Can of Chicpeas
Bahsh (green rice):
2 cups rice
4 bunches cilantro
1 cup cubed meat or chicken of choice
1 diced onion
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1tbsn salt
1 tbsp chicken consome
Pepper
Cumin and coriander
Bake covered at 400F for 1 and 1/2 hours mixing half way through
Rack Of Ribs:
Season with S/P, Cumin, Coriander, onion soup mix. Pour Chinese rib Sauce and BBQ sauce. Cook covered for 3-4 hours at 350F.
Oxtails:
Boil the oxtails and then wash them. Place them back into a pot of water filled just to the top of the tails. Let simmer for 2 hours until juices thicken. Season with S/P cumin and coriander. Add potatoes and season with salt to taste.
