Set: Divine (Mythic+)
Weapon: Blood Fallen (Mythic+)
Spirit: Thunderous Naglissax (Mythic+)
Ancient weapon: Thunderstrike (Mythic)
In the August update, which was released on the 28th of July, the famous Blood Fallen weapon was rebalanced again.
The main change is about the healing aspect of the Blood Fallen weapon.
It was recharging your HP from 3% of the total damage you do during the Blood Lust period so the higher damage you do the more HP will be recharged.
Now it is based on how many hits you do during the Blood Lust period. 2.8% of your Max HP per normal attack hit or 1.5% per skill attack hit will be recharged.
So we can no longer brainlessly spamming anymore.
We need to be smart and chose what to do during the Blood Lust period in order to gain enough HP and stay alive or to kill the enemy with the skill attack or ancient weapon.
To sum up, I think it's a reasonable balance.
The weapon is still OP but only change from "Brainlessly OP" to "Skill-required OP". With great power, comes great responsibility (easier to die).
