Infusing the oil with shallots, ginger and garlic is what takes these noodles to the next level! And then eating them with the crispy shallots… 😋 So good! Happy Sunday! 💕

@@KJotakCetek Neither is staking a claim to the original recipe. Fusions are always good in life, specially, when we run out of any ingredient and we are capable of creating something eatible without it and just as delicious. Human nature to create go figure. There is no such thing as halfassiness in or with creativity, otherwise, we would all be doomed to eating the same dish everyday of our existence. Wishing you a great day.

When making fried shallots I always use a lot of oil, then strain the shallots when they're done, leaving me with shallot infused oil to use anywhere else I like, it's a two for one kitchen prep. Can't wait to try this recipe.

Nelly belly, I do the same thing. I use a cast iron skillet along with avocado oil at a low temperature. Takes quite a bit of time, but it’s well worth it. They crisp up perfectly and provide plenty of shallot oil for other dishes. Delicious!

I use avocado oil because it has no flavor, a high smoke point like peanut oil, and it is a good for you oil so no guilt even if you use a bunch! This recipe looks like a yummy dish for a quick supper! Thanks, Flo!

We can use spaghettini, too. 4:38 first low fire shallots, sauce: minced ginger, minced garlic for 30 seconds, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 T cat menis, 1 T sugar, 2 T oyster sauce. Only 1 to 2 T sauce for a meal. The rest kept in fridge for a week.

Just a comment. Never ever use what is called “cooking wine” in food. the is the vile stuff with absolutely no alcohol. Use real real sherry or other light alcohol,. If it comes from a grocery store called cooking wine avoid it. At least in the U.S. i dont know about other countries. Cooking wine is full of vile chemicals.
