Black cardamom: 3
Green cardamom pods: 5/6
Black peppercorns: 1 tsp
Cloves
Coriander seeds: 1 tbsp
Dried red chillies: 8/10
Bay leaves: 3
Cinnamon stick : 2 inch
Star anise: 2 pcs

Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Lamb boneless: 1 & 1/2 kg
Channa daal: 1 cup
Water: 1/4 litres
Coriander : 1/2 cup fresh chopped
Egg: 1 whole
Green chillies: 2/3
Onion: 2 medium sliced
Ginger : 3 inch pc
Garlic: 6/7 cloves
