At 0:59 you can see the 1 ball roll off as it gets to the head rail. Pretty unlucky for Shane and annoying that they can't get the table level for a high-profile event.

What a great year for pool. In Feb Gorst ranked #26 and the player of the year FSR is #20. Gorst prolly wins POY without the ban, but FSR had a great year.

8:48 absolutely brutal comment, lol. Some truth to it though. But that's what we need on our side. More attitude. More feisty. More shrewd. More cutthroat. I envy team Europe for their attitude and fight...

Weak ? Shane is better than anyone on team Europe period , who cares about a team event race to 5 lol it’s all for show nothing more , tell Shaw to win a world title and 5 more us opens and back to back wpm then he can sit at Shane’s table

It's a fair dig though. And one that Shaw has a right to get in, being that SVB has taken some hard beats in Mosconi Cup competition. SVB, for whatever reason, is not a strong Mosconi Cup player. Plus Shaw has bitterness towards SVB for some shady racking during some of their early match-ups years ago.

I’ve watched two matches now at this event and two unfortunate rolls. First the one ball in this match, and second, the cueball on Naoyuki Oi on hill/hill vs SVB. Matchroom needs to reprimand their table mechanic(s).

Fedor probably ranked between 1-4 if Matchroom didn't bring politics into it
@lotusdj1
Жыл бұрын
Only the Mosconi was politics. Fedor is waiting for his Visa so he can't leave the US which means he can't attend ANY Matchrokm events that aren't in the US. Since Matchroom does the rankings by winnings in dollars, that leaves Fedor near the bottom.

Individual performance far outweighs a gimmicky imbalanced team event, especially considering europe has 3 times the population of America. SVB is better than anyone on team europe and that’s an indisputable fact. When he’s playing for himself, he’s untouchable. For whatever reason he can’t play as well when others are reliant upon him, but it’s a moot point. At the end of the day, winning the US open and world championship are far more important and indicative of who the best player is, and that’s SVB.

Matchroom, per usual, not focusing on the one match we wanna see, and replaying crappy breaks only to miss the first shot of the game. Talky talk talk commentary and no predictive word whatsoever about the shots of the game at hand. 😝
