Как говорят у нас в деревне - У каждого мастера свой Сяо Хун. As they say in our village - Each master has his own Xiao Hong.

These movements are impressive. And he makes ist look easy and I am sure it‘s not. Thx for sharing 🙏

actually it's not limited to just Shaolin arts, a lot of southern chinese martial arts will also lower their stance substantially during training as compared to applications because it helps to strengthen the legs, make the stance more stable and make the legs much stronger, allowing him to move much quicker and farther when he's not doing such a low stance

Incredible….back straight, knees only shoulder length apart, and a virtually 90 degree angle at his knees at all times…. If you’ve every practiced gong fu, you’ll know how extremely difficult this stance is to accomplish…let alone perform a whole form. Incredible.

I know it's the traditional way. but it caught my attention that you have made so low .. would have been good if the video had a clarification that it is working on a special quality I thought it was Wushu because Shaolin is not characterized by having low stances

Marcos Lescano this monk, while I cannot say for certain, I’m fairly confident based on his style that he learned from Master Shi Yan Ao, or Yan Zo depending on how you spell it. Yan Ao moves similar to the Gulun style, although he is the only master left in Shaolin Temple who does. Anyway, this practitioner here definitely has the strongest legs in the Temple.

that is not the tradicional form... shaolin never it's so lower... looks more like wushu
