First of all, great work as always. Secondly, I wish there were more honest and straightforward people such as yourself on KZitem that would just show and explain a product clearly. Keep up the good work!

Nice clean clear review thank you, Nice little hoover but for me a wall bracket would be marvellous or even something similar to Dyson a charging wall bracket when you place the hoover on the wall mount it starts charging.

One thing I'm trying to find out is if I want to fully clean the vacuum cleaner, there is residue that gets down in an area *above* them yellow things. You took the vacuum apart and along the top (where the actual black suction part of the vacuum is - when you slide it off) there is residue trapped in an area that looks like I can get to it by maybe prying a plastic piece, but I can't get it to open. Do you know what I mean? It's not down at the bottom of the opened part of the vacuum and it's not where the filters go. It's above all that and you'll see these sort of plastic knobbies(?) and I'd think they could be pried open with some sort of tool. I didn't notice that in the directions nor in any video, but it sounds like you have pretty intimate knowledge of this vacuum, so I'm hoping you know or can figure it out. If you haven't seen the dirt get trapped where I'm talking about, use it for awhile, take it all apart, clean it, and you'll see there's an area you can't get to with all the steps you showed in your video. BTW, I agree with you. I paid 100 at home depot for it and it's not a purchase that I regret. I have 2 cats. I use the big attachment for carpeting and it's as good as our big vacuum cleaner. It's great on car mats too. I had a dirt devil before this and this is more powerful. It's perfect for cleaning up litter, cat food, stuff on the the linoleum floor. The crevice tool is convenient for corners. But many times I don't use any attachments. FYI, I purchased a wall mount, but they were sold out for a long time and when they (sharkaccessories) get them in stock, they tend to sell out fast. One bit of warning. I got a filter when I purchased the mount and the filter is different than what's stock. It's the plastic piece without the other 2 foam pieces you pulled out - it's just the plastic with a thin liner [affixed to it (a different kind of filter)], so I haven't attempted to use it yet. I want to look for the actual pieces that came stock (so - like you said - I have backup supply) because (like right now) I cleaned them and I'm waiting for them to dry.

Thanks for this. I watched to see how to filters go in as I’ve just washed mine! Love this Shark handheld but am disappointed as, after seven months, the clear plastic nozzle is cracking. No idea why as I hardly ever change the heads.

Just had a look and by undoing a couple of screws the handle should come apart. I am not sure if the battery can be replaced very easily though without actually stripping one down.

I bought this model crom Amazon & i'm sorry to say very dissapointed in it. I've thoughly cleaned the filters, dust cup & still no suction not even from the motor. Also dust blowing out of the motor. I've put another vaccum cleaner hose against the motor housing thinking the motor is block, but still no joy. I've bought a henry instead. Much better than the shark.

Hello! Another great and very useful video. I’m looking for a very light vacuum for my new caravan. Is this something that you would recommend? The caravan isn’t massive so I don’t anticipate using it for more than a few minutes at a time but we do have a dog and so the cleaner needs to be able to deal with that. Are there any very light conventional cordless vacuums that you would recommend?

Is the rotating brush bar better than others because I need one that won't stop as soon as it touches carpet. I have thick carpet on my stairs and I have the vax air stretch pet hoover. It has one of these brush bar tools and it's just as garbage as every one I've ever tried. They don't work as intended
