Ben my BX has 138 hours is 4 years old mostly used for snow or loader work move 66 yards of top soil last summer learning how to use the loader took a little time still not real good yet but am careful God Bless All PaK

Ben, do you scrape the underside of the deck free of buildup when you sharpen or does your deck have a washout port you use after each mow? As I’ve got a few decades on you, I’ve always got a second set of blades sharpened and ready to go on when I take the others off to sharpen later; as I can get under the deck once. After that, I might not be able to get down and back up a second time lol

I didn’t scrape it off. It really wasn’t built up too bad especially considering I mow wet grass a lot. I bet a set of blades are expensive for the BX. They are thick metal.

K&H Tractors you know that’s a fact! Even a set for this John Deere is over $80. What size deck do you have on it?
