• Making Stakes Easy - Video that inspired me to set up this jig and get choppin'! The video gave a rough idea so I worked out how to make it work for me and elaborated a bit in this video so folks can understand whats happening better...
I set the chop saw to 12 degrees offset, clamp on a simple wooden block (you'd have to adjust the block to meet your needs, with quik clamps it is easy to set it up and adjust accordingly) and this is a very fast and quality way to sharpen stakes in no time. I would strongly recommend AGAINST doing this if you don't have a lot of experience working with chop saws and understand how they work/kick/draw/etc...
