Max’s watch in Sharper tells just as much of a story as the film itself does; the film hides narrative in plain sight from the audience. Collider’s Therese Lacson said about Sharper, “Told in a non-linear fashion, Benjamin Caron's film almost manages to impress, but falters in the final act and fails to wrap the story up in an interesting way.” This analysis points out how wrong that statement is, and how Max’s watch is proof.
