Kung fu and karate are famous, but perhaps we should know a bit more about Indian equivalents. My teacher here certainly could move in an effective way.

Most of what you see here is the Garuda style, named after a mythical indian bird, and the first sword style in the art. The way one "flaps" with the sword should resemble a bird, apparently. Within this, there are four distinct methods of engagement, the peacock is what we see here.
