No, the other girl here was not to be blamed at all. She was young and naive, she did not know the situation this guy was in. If the other girl was privileged and still chose this man, it would be a different scenario.

The wife feels immense guilt for something that isn’t her fault (sorry, I don’t want to spoil the show). She accepts the affair because she wrongly thinks her husband is a saint just for staying with her at all. She’s trying to make the best of things, so ends up being nice to the mistress

Love the feminist aspect of this show. The women were strong, beautiful and smart. Marc Cherry, the creator, deserves a standing ovation for his fascinating masterpiece series. Both seasons were great: twisty, unpredictable, very different in "style," but so entertaining!

They kind of did. The redhead had her husband killed by provoking a violent neighbor to shoot him so he’s out of the picture now lol. The blonde ended up being pregnant from the redhead’s husband, she also became a singer. The redhead and the blonde became close friends and the redhead was like a godmother/aunt figure to the blonde’s baby daughter and raised her while the blonde focused on her career.

I know April knew Rob was married, but I understand Beth Ann. This man, took advantage of the vulnerability of two women, April was nothing, just a waitress with singing dreams, young and too naive. Same for Beth Ann, when she met Rob she thought she found the man of his dreams. I think the reason why Beth Ann got along with April was because she saw herself reflected in her, also she was nice with her, she reminded her how good was to live and do crazy stuff once in a while. I’m glad they became bffs at the end.
