My favorite role for Farrah Fawcett was when she filmed the “Burning Bed”. I saw the woman she was portraying on “Good Morning” when David Hartman was host. I also was in an extremely abusive relationship at that time. I finally got totally away from my abuser, and when I watched the movie, everything she went through was so familiar. I know personally a few things about Farrah and Ryan. He was more than a monster to her and her children. Let's just say, what he did to his children should have landed him in prison. I'm not talking about discipline, he was engaging in acts of perversion. Meanwhile Farrah was beat down mentally and physically. When she was battled cancer, she gave one of the most thought provoking description of what cancer is, that I have ever heard. She fought to stay here. She was so much more than a sum total of her romances, her beauty, and her acting...she was a remarkably intelligent and deeply intuitive. She should still be here. Ryan should be in hell.

@@Mitzi73 , No, I believe you may be 100% correct. You may be interested to know that there is starting to be known a direct correlation between sex workers and childhood trauma, such as incest or other childhood rape taking place in the home. Believe me, I grew up in the 60's and I don't recall any of us ever knowing a thing about this. I think it's been a long process for people to understand that this is real. Now, was it going on back then, I don't know. I have to believe that it was but I hope it wasn't to the degree we are aware of now. Biden has taken it to a whole new level. The parents that stand by and watch him nibble on their toddler's back, or allow him to sniff their children's hair or hold them too long, had better pull their heads out of their butts. This is a sick pedo as far as I'm concerned. Yet, we have done nothing to address this or any other of his and his family's egregious issues. It's a horrific display of how America has lost it's backbone.
@sparkytuttle2966
Жыл бұрын
@@kylieknight2365 , many times the law did know and did nothing. When you have an icon like O'Neal acting like a monster, many look the other way. I can tell you from my personal experience that back in the early 90's, I was being mentally and physically abused in ways you could never imagine. That later culminated in me escaping, him stalking and catching me, which in turn allowed him to kidnap me and break my neck. How I survived is a miracle. But even back then, when I called the police, they would drive him across town and drop him off telling him not to bother me again. That never worked. Later I had asked for and received protective orders, that were never utilized by police. It took many years of being thought of as crazy, a liar and a drama queen before two people actually believed me. 1 judge and 1 police officer knew I was telling the truth. The difference between me and this monster was his ability to speak to anyone in authority, even though he had been sent to prison for stalking and exposing himself long before I crossed his path. I, on the other hand had been exposed to pure insanity and was obviously traumatized, but it just didn't matter. So, what I'm saying is American's now understand a lot more about any part of this evil because it's been done in secrecy. Back then, no one would have believed this was going on.

She was a 10. All that hair and her perfect smile. I"m confused I thought Ryan was by her side until she passed.

I never liked Farrah Fawcett or her acting but thank you for showing us this one! It is, still, sad about her death!!!!!! Cancer is a very awful way to go....I should know, because I've had cancer, many yrs ago. Rest with the angels, Farrah...you were loved by many!!!!!!!

At the end of the day and the end of her life she's was just like any of us. She lived by us and we saw the toll the cancer took over the years once she dropped out of sight. Her kids were around a lot at the house with her at the end helping take care of her and the home. We all respected their privacy and while her house was on a main road most didn't know.

When she was married i was a huge mega fan of Lee majors and couldn’t understand the hype and glamour of Farrah at that time. Even when she was so popular I couldn’t see that at all..as all I can see was the charisma of Lee majors amazingly. And now today Lee is still happily married to a supportive wife but still cared about his ex all those years. God bless them both. I can see them meeting in heaven one day smiling.

I've admired Farrah for 45 years lol, (showing my age) but since I was a young girl in the 70s. She's the Most Beautiful Actress Ever in my Life. Beautiful Face, Gorgeous Golden Locks, perfect body. And the roles in which I've seen her in , she's always had that "Gentle Farrah " kind of portrayal which suited Her PERFECTLY . To this day, I'm Still Trying to recreate those Beautiful Locks of Gold. RIP DEAREST Sweet Darling Angel "Farrah "🌹🌷⚘🎈🦋🎈🦋🎈⚘⚘⚘ Btw, that was going to be my daughter's name as well "Farrah ", except I had a Boy lol
