Hi Junior, I am actually thinking about getting into tech and make a career change. I am tore between tech sales or digital marketing. I am currently a real estate agent (part time) but want to do it fulltime and boost my drop shipping biz. I want to be a fulltime realtor along with drop ship for passive income. I thought of the digital marketing route because of content creation, drop shipping, to hep promote my biz as an additional skills instead of hiring someone, etc. Do you have any thoughts on that?

If you don’t get the job, that’s okay. That just means there is something better out there. If you want a more technical answer, my advice would be clean up your resume, take FREE courses online at colleges (yes, some colleges offer free courses on specific topics), practice interviewing, and know your worth. Couple all of that with prayer. God is working and He has a plan for us all. All it takes is YOU. You have it in you, so go after that job or whatever it is you want. That’s my “secret”.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Greetings AO! This is another phenomenal interview‼️ Jazz's back story to where she is today is an absolute must share❗️ Regarding the white community learning from the black community: There is a very tiny percent of whites who will genuinely embrace learning from us & accepting our uniqueness and that we are just as human & exceptional as they are. The majority of whites do not value us & thus fear us because they view us only as a threat to them; therefore, most of us will encounter (or have already) what Jazz experienced while she worked as an engineer in Silicone Valley . It certainly has been my experience. Anthony & Jazz, we(your audience) honor you two; thank you two for all the hours you have labored, all the time you two have sacrificed to bring your healthy, wealth- building platform to youtube. May God continue to bless the two of you & your families above & beyond anything that you two could ever imagine❤️❗️

Agreed. There is too much ignorance of Black culture among white people, though we all need to be quieter & listen to others, period. I struggle to see how far we have evolved in technology, knowledge & access to knowledge is the best its ever been in the history of humans, yet we are still struggling with ignorance & racism. I lost nearly everything including my life to chronic nerve pain. Through being canceled by the majority of those in my life, just as it was in my shy youth, it has always been Black women & men who assisted, listened, befriended & lifted me up because that is who they are not because I was trying to get or take anything. It PAINS me to see Black children, women & men not know their strength, how special & great you are, especially when your faith is strong.

@@nelsonramirez6939 No he shouldn't. His show is for average people. Listen to this woman's interview, is she average? Average people are just that, Average. His message is you do not have to start a KZitem account to be millionaires. Get out of debt, build wealth, then you can do whatever. Even when whatever will bring you no money. It worked for me. 44 y-o and 8 months away from paying off my mortgage.

@@infincreations i don't agree with your point. So you assume or Ramsey assumes that his target audience which is middle class Americans making $40k to $70k a year on average are dumb, stupid, and not capable of starting a simple low cost online business like affiliate marketing just to name one? Also, with inflation rates affecting all areas of living, and salaries not keeping up with it, his formula will not help as many people because you can't save at the rate of which our inflation levels are at. The math might work for some, but it won't work for most.

@@nelsonramirez6939 Average people are not dumb. They're just average. Dave Rumsey's basic message is your job is your #1 wealth building tool. And if your job starts at $40k, doesn't mean you have to stay at that level. That's up to the individual's skill set. If you're truly an entrepreneur, then that's your skill set. Ever heard of the janitor who amassed $8 million before dying? Well, that was his path to wealth. Each person has to find their own path.

This woman right here AO….she helped me get my most recent job 100% I followed all her resume and interview tips and they were spot on. She taught me to not limit myself when reading a job description and doubting my skills. Now I have a job that on paper, never would have dreamed I would be qualified for, almost doubled my salary, and I have a clear view of career growth within my company and field. What makes her unique is that she speaks confidence into you and helps you find it within yourself to attack the job search arena like you own it. I absolutely love her.

I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. I don’t have anyone to turn to for help, I’ve been trying to save but I can’t because of bills and renting my apartment and everything. But this, literally helped me look to a brighter future. My grandma is crippled so she cannot do work or anything. Most people have parents to turn to but I don’t talk to my mom or dad. This literally helped me so much because since i met MYSTICFLIP the real issue i have about debt was solve in some weeks am sure before Feb of my birthday i will be home owner.

@Angelini Cruz Yes there's a non compete clause. Thankfully, our family business is in a different industry. However, I had to provide details about the type of business I was starting, the hours I would dedicate to it (outside of my working hours with them), and what percentage of ownership I would have as part of the approval process.
