That's a beautiful garden. If only I could have this kind of garden here in the UK. It's July, but feels more like October.

The “Buddha’s Stomach” is a Jatropha, I had one years ago and loved it, always flowering and a nice caudex…went on vacation and it got overwatered, I’d like to get another …I got it when I was in Hawaii, they’re very common there. 🌱 (18:58)

Yaay thanks for the ID . They used to be really popular back in the day here but now they are sadly seen as out of fashion

@@TheMillennialPlantDad A friend of mine had one of those Jatropha podagricas in the 80s, they were a curiosity even back then, but I've not seen one of them in YEARS!

So enjoyed this, what a lovely woman Mrs. Debo is! Yes we need a part 2,3,4…she has more planty goodies than a lot of botanical gardens have. Every frame I’m thinking what is that, and that - ooohhh hortlust…enjoyed your commentary also Ebuka. Nicely done, please, camera a little slower though so we can really see details and take everything in! 🪴💚🌱

Although she clearly works very hard and attentively on her garden I think the entire ecosystem of plants there is part of what’s keeping so many of the challenging varieties alive! Such a stunning stunning space 😍😍😍

Oh yes I absolutely agree, I was going to include a written text in the video about this . She has lots of natural predators and a healthy ecosystem that prey on pests and keep them away . Thanks for observing
