Absolutely beautifully played! I’m just learning to play this, so thank you so much for playing a slow version 👏👏👏👏👏

Hey thanks, this is my favorite Celtic tune, and it’s getting me interested in picking up a tin whistle. Can you tell me what make and which key, especially the key you’re playing this with in this video? Is it a high D? I’m thinking about getting a low D to start out with. Thanks again

Hi. Thanks for watching. I play an Oak tin whistle in D. I really like it, but I’m not sure that they still make them. They’re not easy to find, at least where I live.

@@DuncanFig Well I got a $10 Clark Sweethome High D and have watched a bunch of tutorials and have spent hours attempting to learn fingering since I left that last comment. It seems utterly impossible to me that I’ll ever get anywhere with it. I’m hugely discouraged at the moment. To say it doesn’t come naturally to me is a wild understatement. It’s painful to have desire but zero aptitude, I’m reminded, yet again 😕
