This easy to make Asian inspired recipe is going to knock your socks off with flavor.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons white miso
3 tablespoons mild honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons grated or minced garlic
2 teaspoons chile-garlic crisp oil
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1½ to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 large bunch asparagus, trimmed
Salt and pepper
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Cooked rice, for serving
Directions:
Take everything except the scallions, asparagus and chicken and combine them in a bowl with a tablespoon of a neutral oil. Whisk until everything is well combined.
Separate the marinade and put have in the fridge for when we serve.
Then put your chicken thighs in a ziplock bag with the other half of the mixture and squash it around until the chicken is well coated.
Let that sit in the fridge for up to a half hour. But not too long or it will dry out the chicken.
When they are marinated, scape of the excess marinade and put them on one side of a sheet pan lines with tinfoil.
On the other side place your asparagus and season the however you like. I just used olive oil, salt and pepper.
Give them a good tumble to coat them.
Place them in under your broiler for 10 minutes.
And they are ready.
Plate with the reserved sauce and scallions.
