I like that old burr mill. I need one of those. The small stuff coming off of the corn is called chaf. Not sure on spelling. Lol

good video and job looks good when my grand father was alive we did some with a hammer mill that was over 55 years ago. take care, be safe and well.

When you grind corn for meal. When you sift it you get 3 grades. One is the coresest which is used for grits. Then you have corn meal and the finest is corn flour. Keep learning

@Jared-Brubaker white grits are from homany but the grits i grew up on were from yellow or white corn. We ate the larger pieces as grirs. Maybe just me
