I love canvas poncho shelters, I have way too many!😂. I managed to get two Swedish army shelter quarters off Tradera, then two more off a British site, they’re incredibly hard to find, I also have about 6 or 7 of the “Lone Wolf” ones, but mine are Norwegian and are canvas, I really like that shape. My others are a size 2 and size 3 Polish Lavvus, about 9 Russian Plasch Palatkas, 2 Romanian camo ones and 3 East Germany Flecktarn ones (which I really like), also have the British DPM basha, Dutch army poncho, Russian army poncho (modern one) and the Russian Basha, the one with integrated fly lines, like a British Basha on steroids, that’s another real favourite of mine. I just wish my poor back would allow me to use them more often!😂

Do you have enough quarter shelters to build a tent? The Swedish ones are meant to be buttoned together to build tents. Would be interesting to see that done.

The book shown was "soldat reglemente gemensam material 1990". You can get them in Sweden if you search google. Here's one example : www.tradera.com/item/292215/615904073/soldatreglemente-gemensam-materiel-soldr-mtrl-g-1990

Varusteleka have their own version of it, made in Estonia, I’ve need wanting one for ages but had to wait as they were out of stock. I got one with the 70g/m2 insulation, it’s waiting at the post office for me to pick up after Christmas is over.😁
