WOW! From Genesis 46 33 So when Pharaoh summons you and asks what your occupation is, 34 you must answer, ‘We your servants, like our ancestors, have been owners of livestock from our youth until now,’ in order that you may stay in the region of Goshen, since all shepherds are abhorrent to the Egyptians.” Pharaoh and Egypt are a type and shadow of the fallen world "abhoring" the ways of God and his Saints. Well done. BRAVO! I am proud of you.

Glory to God! This was so beautiful! The part about the 3 kings coming to see the true King and the shepherds to see the true Shepherd really got me. ❤

Oh, this is beautifully and gently presented. I felt like a sheep as i listened to these words..as strange as that may sound.. not the physical animal of course, but with the softened heart of one of them as i heard about my Shepherd's coming. I even thought about your being a kind of shepherd as you teach us and the world. The truth that the shepherds were in the fields where the shepherd and future King David had tended sheep is another beautiful connection. They tended the perfect lambs that were destined for the Temple. It is part of the story that you perhaps chose not to mention, which is understandable because it is hard to think about at Nativity.. Blessed Nativity to all..☦💝☦

The closer you look, the more you find! There were things we didn't fit in this episode and things we learned since. The Gospel story truly is beyond remarkable!

I just studied this topic, and then your message popped up. In "THE BOOK OF THE BEE", Syriac Text, (1888-reprint 2011) by Ernest Wallis Budge, M.A. (1857-1934) CHRISTS College Cambridge, England. Chapter 36 (XXXVI), pg 68: And the shepherds went and entered the cave, and they saw as the angel had said to them. The names of the shepherds were these: Asher, Zebulon, Justus, Nicodemus, Joseph, Barshabba, and Jose: seven in number.

I've been searching the Internet like crazy, im really considering the orthodox faith but im from cape town south africa and here's only like 3 churches in my town (which are far from me) so i don't got a spiritual father or priest etc, are there certain times which the orthodox Christians fast on wednesdays and fridays

We figured it wasn't so Christmassy for the Christmas episodes. It'll be back soon enough though!
