I felt my ki draining away and then I turned of the music and I was alright.. jus kidding. pidru88 makes a solid point below "Be mindful that you are not just copying the movements as you see them but actually keeping all 4 principles as you go through the exercise."

Yes and no. It is not a panacea for improving ki. The exercise is important but your frame of mind while doing the exercise is even more important. Any exercise done improperly is useless. Be mindful that you are not just copying the movements as you see them but actually keeping all 4 principles as you go through the exercise. Thanks for the comment. Keep playing.
