Hey Bro I’m going to be driving food grade tanks for the first time coming from flatbed and I’m trying to get a gauge on the difference in driving through curves at highway speed. Let’s say you’re on 40 and the speed limit is 65mph and you’re coming up to a curve, do you slow waaaay down or maintain speed? I start training this week actually (in cab) and that’s the one things that I question. Enjoy the videos.

You’re young don’t worry about how much you make an hour! When I was younger everyone told me I wasn’t getting paid for what I was doing. Ten years later I make more than most of the people that have been doing this for years.
@peterseinfeld
Жыл бұрын
@@mrjones489That’s absolutely terrible advice. Just because he’s young doesn’t mean he shouldn’t understand or keep track of what hes averaging per hour. I’ve always done that whether I was getting paid by the load or by the Mile so I could compare my day to day income and see what I could do better to improve my efficiency as a driver. Breaking it down by the hour Also gives you a better understanding of what loads are worth running and what loads aren’t if you have a choice.
