You can store frozen and enjoy through the year. Topping on fresh cooked rice or Ochazuke is one of the best way to enjoy Shiso Tsukudani.
What you need
〇 Shiso leafs 200g
〇 Sesame oil 1 tbsp
〇 Soysauce 2 tbsp
〇 Mirin 2tbsp
〇 Sugar 2tbsp or less
〇 Dried bonitos(katsuobushi) 1 grab
〇 Roasted sesame 2tbsp

How to make
1 Remove the stem and hard part of Leafs and clean by water
2 Stirfry with Sesame oil and tenderize
3 Mix all sauce and sugar
4 Reduce
