I live in Canada and "Tents" were part of the vernacular this past year. Some camped to protest while others camped out of necessity. One died because he had a heater and it became a fire. When you rent to someone who wants to know if rhey can park their camels in the back yard, think twice before renting to them.

And every year there are fewer private landlords. It's not worth it and there's too much stress. It does not help.that our legal system protects squatters and deadbeats.

So the landlord created all that mess first shown on this clip, not the tenant. Interesting. Convince me please? Please also tell me the medical condition of the tenant which allowed this condition to happen, at a guess it is probably laziness but is that a medical condition? I am not a UK citizen just an observer.
