Shogayaki (ginger pork)
●Ingredients
-Pork : 300 g / 10.57 oz
-Cabbage : 1/4
-Ginger : 50g / 1.76 oz
-Soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
-Cooking sake : 1 Tbsp
-Sugar : 1 Tbsp
-Potato starch : 1 Tbsp
●How to cook (Recipe)
1. Slice the cabbage
2. Drain off the cabbage using strainer
3. Grate the ginger
4. Mix grated ginger, soy sauce, cooking sake, sugar
5. Coat the pork meat in potato starch
6. Brown the pork in a pan
7. Add the ginger sauce in a pan
8. Cook the pork with ginger sauce for 2 minutes
