A superb example of focus, balance and stability of the artist being centered

Oh wow, the triangle patterns look more difficult since it's forming angles instead of swinging the rake (forgive me, I'm not sure what the utensil is called) on its end point. The final result was still beautiful as always. And since it's past 1AM and I of course can't sleep with a busy day ahead of me at 8AM, I'm about to rewatch the other videos, lol. Thank you for another relaxing video.

Or permanence, depending on how you look at it--the shape is gone, but the sand remains :)

@@emmamix I think he was more referring to the pointlessly long black screen to make the video seem longer than it actually was and claim extra ad revenue.

@@louthinatorHe was not referring to the pointless long black screen but the erasing of the art. It is the critical part about this art form which celebrates the process and the temporary nature of the world more than the final completed art piece. In my opinion there is something taken away from the art when it is recorded because it is meant to be gone when it is swept away

@@SugeryGold it's a bunch of lines in the sand... it's relaxing but I wouldn't exactly call it art... I've made technical drawings that look very similar, do they become art if I start printing CAD outputs into sand? This is the issue with a life that's so easy as the one we have today.. nobody has any meaning to their existence so have to extract it out of everything just to claw back some semblence of knowing.

@@louthinator this is actually an ancient art form has been practiced for a very long time! Much longer than we have had CAD lol. As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and art is subjective. If you don’t think it’s good that’s alright but using it as ammo for why the world sucks nowadays is pretty contrived 😂
