Very informative video. It takes years of hard work to build the profile for EB1A category but I think this is the best way to get the green card. We got our Green Card in EB1A category as extraordinary scientist. It was self sponsored. Total 3 months from I140 application to green card in hand. Our MSc, PhD and Post Doc work was used to build our case. Recommendation letters also play very major role here.

@@33id33 not sure who is but I suggest don’t rush coming to US. Join a good company, become a manager and then come here on internal transfer. Manager doesn’t mean people manager, can be an individual contributor but should have performed managerial tasks. EB1 is relatively faster but even that queue is getting backed up.

Hi, I have been transferred from India to US by "X" company as project manager 2 months back on H1B visa and i have more than 23 years of experience. Is it possible for me to apply EB1C green card through company "Y" because my company "X" is not going to file green card under EB1C. If company "Y" can file EB1C what are requirements company "Y" should fulfill? is there any risk involved? is this really worth doing? Regards, Hari

Sir, thanks for the intention to help with your videos. Really appreciate the help.. May I request you to help with my question: I am EB1C manager and just applied for i140. However, my compulsion is I will not be able to stay in US for longer. Hence, I keep travelling. I was an intra company transfer on L1A in May 2022. I remained in US for around 4 months in entire last 15 months of continuous employment. My question is once I get my i140 , do I need to stay back in US? Or while applying i485 or Adjustment of Status, is it compulsory to stayback in US? If I don't live in US and keep working remotely from outside the country - can it increase my chances of rejection?
