Thank you, what could you use as cushion wads / overpowder.. As when shortening the hull, you wont be able to use plastic wads anymore... Or can you?.. Thanks again.

I use standard wads with a 20 ga “nitro” hard card beneath the 12 ga. 1oz Lee key slugs an roll crimp.. It’s on you to experiment based upon recipes published by parties other than me. These shortened hulls are for loads I call bangers w/which I don’t reach out much more than 50 yards.

got that already... and a bit. I'm going to try it today. the bpi hull trimmer is a bit too "manual".

hone it and play with the rpms- ive also played around with the skiver to take off the rags- but fingers work

I does pretty much the same, gun club green cut down for key slugs and roll crimped is a favorite of mine.
