Thank you 😊 For ingredients its already mentioned,, but still for Mutton gravy,,its same as making biryani with 1 kg Mutton. But here only difference is instead of rice im adding rice flour suthriyan or dumpling,, keep in mind while adding rice dumpling mix with gently while adding itself,, give rest then add next plate slowly,, for one kg Mutton i took 3 to 4 cups of rice flour ,, while mixing rice flour dough, if you add hot coconut nut milk it will be soft as well as tasty too. Thank you 😊 Base gravy is made with little more than half kg meat, same as we make for biryani. In that 2 to 3 cups of rice flour dumpling, I have added Add dumpling only when the gravy starts to boil, and do not run the spoon until dumplings are well done . Slowly, you can mix it with fork so that they also don't stick to each other. Hope you understand. Very soon, i will post a detail step by step recipe on my KZitem channel
