Folks, if you've been in the hobby a long time or a short time, you may have heard horror stories already about aquarium heaters malfunctioning, killing fish by "cooking them" when heat gets too high, causing them stress when the water gets too cold if the heater stops working, or electrocuting fish. So what is a tool that can help prevent that? Both to prevent our heater from malfunctioning, or as an early warning system when our heaters start to fail? Here is where an aquarium temperature controller comes in - Should you buy an aquarium temperature controller? How do they help us, and why are they worth considering? This is what we cover in this video.
The good folks at INKBIRD sent me their new ITC-306A temperature controller to review, free of charge, and I was thrilled to review it for them. While there are a few minor things I would change in the instructions and Wi-Fi, overall I love it, and am now using it permanently on my 36 gallon bowfront tank.
I want to thank the good folks at INKBIRD for the opportunity to review their controller for them. They may be sending a promo code for subscribers that might want to purchase the controller. If they do, I'll make sure to put that right at the beginning of the description.
Hope this video is helpful to you!
Keep tankin!
Mike
