Ive been eating 8oz of chicken before bed and my strength and gains went up. No fat gains at all. Though I do cardio 5 days a week, 5 minute jog and 10 minutes high incline on the treadmill. Working wonders for me.

Hey im 17 and i get really sleepy, tired, fatigue, low energy, low stamina after i drink protein shake im really skinny i need some weight on me im 6ft 135lb 😕 This the list of recipe in my protein shake: Oatmeal 2 table spoon peanut butter Whole milk 200 calories Molasses 1 table spoon 1 banana 20 grams of collagen peptides I don’t work out so I don’t know if its thats why im sleepy after drinking protein shake someone please help me recommend me other healthy ways i can gain weight

It obviously would help growth due to protein, but it won't make the growth faster as there is no anabolic window for protein synthesis after workout

@FloridaNative based on what? No evidence proves the cholesterol in eggs raises your blood cholesterol, if you know of a study please point me to it and it has to provide who the study was conducted on and what else they ate throughout the day and also how they prepared/fixed the eggs.

KAYLA ZHOU 哈하ha no, yourBody uses the nutrients inside the protein powder to rebuild your body as you sleep to put it in a way that you can get it is that your body rebuild itself and recovers when you sleep because that’s the less activity that your body gos through. So your body absorb the nutrients to gain muscle it doesn’t burn calories in it

This is what I was concerned about. I always feel like shit the next day If I eat too close to bed time. I have read numerous studies that say you should have your last meal at least 3 hours before going to bed. How can you rest properly if your body is having to digest food?
