FYI: IOS 16 Added the Battery Percentage! For those who want it go to Settings > Battery > Battery Percentage.

Yeah, lol, as a fellow tech nerd I switched to iPhone for almost 2 years just to try it out. The biggest thing for me was the way notifications were handled. It just felt unorganized and I actually missed a lot of communication compared to Android. I was so happy to come back to Android. Are you planning to switch back or stick it out with iPhone?

I’m going to see what else the new iOS brings, i needed a new phone either way and haven’t used an apple product since my iPod touch lol I was really close to getting a pixel 6, so that’s always on the table but I’ll see how well I can adjust first.

When I first switched to android. I kept trying to shake to undo things, especially accidentally deleting text. Drives me nuts that there's no "undo" like that on android.

All the points you made about Apple has irritated me for years, and those points are all completely valid. It was always a struggle to do anything on iPhone. Android is more like a mobile computer while iPhone is like an overbearing control freak of a robot. I guess that last statement is kind of ironic due to their names.

I have used iPhone since 2011. I have switched to Android last week. It's too hard to go back to Apple. I just can't do it. Everything is just far easier to accomplish on Android.

I am surrounded by people who spend more money on worse products and I think they must like the status they think it gives them because that's the only thing that makes sense. I'm not impressed. To be fair, they're not impressed with my less expensive, better stuff.

The lack of Go Back button is a major problem. Many apps wants you to view a page so badly that you can't swipe back to exit.

Does anyone know how to transfer game data?

Depends on the game but most of the time you can just log in with Facebook or supercell id. I don't know any other way
@tamwilfred

I use both iOS and Android. It might depend on the game. Some games go cross platform where you log into Facebook or something. Android usuualy stores data on Google Play and Apple uses its game center. Usually I find the popular games allow other log ins like face book or they have their own servers login where account creation is needed and you log in through their services. Find out what your game uses. If they have their own services for storing gaming data then make an account with them.

@@MaxsTech 2 ways: 1. app clear spaces (99 cents). OR 2. (free) way: a. place a widget on the screen, just where u want it (even at the bottom corner). b. fill the rest of this screen with apps (the whole screen, even if u do not wish that this apps stay placed there). c. tip again so that everything bounces on the screen: remove all these apps that u do not want there(from that particular screen and were placed just to get the screen full) to the next screen. the widget stays where initially placed and the extra space of the removed unwanted apps stays vacant. ps: i hope it is clear, english is not my first language

@@georgiostsiokris5311 See this is the issue, its not built into iOS. I dont want an app or a gadget, i just want the little battery in the top to show the percentage. So even when other apps or whatever is open I can see it at a glance. Workarounds are not easy or efficient.

@@MaxsTech about the battery u r absolutely right. ps: was android user and rooter from the aera of the first nexus phone. know what u r talkin about. always wanted an easy sync between devices, and at this time - then - it was very difficult with nexus and windows or samsung and windows. so i switched and i knew that i ll have to live with many restrictions (some of them completely dumb and idiotic). about the battery: u r right, i use a widget now, which shows the battery of the phone and of the airpods. it s not top, but it does job.
