Literally have been dealing with pain for weeks. Talked to a chiropractor last night about it and he said it sounds like impingement. Today i watched the video, did the few exercises right after and my pain is gone. Very helpful video! Thank you! I’m sure the impingement will come back from time to time but I’m very happy to have a pre workout therapy session with these moves moving forward. Unbelievable that it worked after 1 try! Thanks!

I felt no SYMPTOMS at all until yesterday , it was like a sharp pinching feeling as I raised my arm . I made to your 2nd exercise . That’s the one that fixed my shoulder, once I finished that exercise I didn’t have to do anything else ,I WAS LITERALLY BLOWN AWAY !!! Thanks for the Education.

I have the shoulder pain of the right one, and as tested with your previous video, it must be the impingement , maybe after healed partial tear ( because it was worse in the past ) or maybe I regained this injury I had after a crash while skiing . What is really good is that it only impacts me when I sleep. I cannot cover my ear with my right arm, it hurts. But when playing basketball, the shooting is still good and I mean accuracy. The blocking with the right hand - better not to - pain is coming always. And what I noticed is - mountain biking is not affected and I feel better after a trip . So this handling of a handlebar must be a good excersice too . I will now start trying your technique and see if that injury goes off in time . Cheers.

@MortalThe

@sebastiankosnar2484 You may not believe it, but I had a crush on the bike few days after and fell on the right side. I pulled my arm up at the last moment, and this made the arm joint compressed during the impact. If not that , I'd perhaps ended up with displacement or broken collarbone. But instead, due to this compression , I broke the ball joint of the right arm. Yes. And you know what ? After that I have not exercised, but I was healing. And , I have to say, after 3 months , the movement limitation (upwards), that I had before , is gone. This might be because of the broken bone and then it healed in the other shape, now accomodeting more space in my tide arm joint. Over all, I already did lots of enduro MTB , and all good. It used to be worse.

with either impingement or tear, is it often accompanied by a constant tender feeling in those muscles? or a feeling of them needing to be stretched? Sometimes to relieve the feeling I have to put a ton of pressure on the rotator cuff muscles with either my fingers, or massage stick. When I do they spaz out and twitch like crazy, but the relief feels really good. I will be adding some of this to my workout routine.

So an orthopedic doctor thinks it could be thoracic outlet syndrome... but the neurologist he referred me to thinks it could be a tear, and that's why he referred me get a arthrogram MRI done to figure out what's going on with my shoulder. But I went ahead and did an appointment with a chiropractor.. but now I think I should wait to see the chiropractor til after the MRI 😕 Ughh I'm so over it already 😣
