Greetings , love the videos. I too have inferior instability. Can you do a video based on inferior instability? From my understanding doing exercises overhead are the best exercises.

Great video! You mentioned what rotator cuffs were more important in anterior and posterior instability respectively. But if someone has inferior instability and feels unstable when the shoulder is being pulled away when doing a seated row or farmers walk, what exercises or what muscles would improve that sensation of instability?

Generally speaking the entire cuff probably plays a role and changes based on the activity. I’d imagine inferior instability folks have most difficulty overhead so if tolerated I’d just challenge the shoulder with overhead activities that are tolerable and feel safe but still offer a challenge.
