I have a painful left shoulder and a painful right hip. I have always been a side sleeper, so I am ina pickle. Trying to start sleeping on my back, but during the night I subconsciously end up on either side, anyway. Thank you for the exercises Bob and Brad! You help me a lot!🧡

Dear Bob & Brad, I want to thank you with my whole heart! One day I was hopeless and despairing about my sciatic pain - I worried that this was what the rest of my life would be like. Then someone on Reddit recommended your channel and I watched it religiously. Your explanations helped me understand my issue better, which made me more mindful of how I moved my body. And your exercises? They reduced my pain in less than a week! You brought hope back to my life. I'm so, so grateful to you both. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You are truly changing lives!

Yes, I do these exercises, but the best by far has been your hanging exercises. When I first started, my doctor had me gently walking my hands up a wall, and it was extremely painful and I couldn’t go far. I have full shoulder movement now, and the most gain was from your hanging suggestions.Thank you and best wishes!

Going to try this for a few days to see if I can get some relief. Since my first covid vaccination my upper arm close to the shoulder joint has been sore to the extent that it really tweaks when I forget & stretch. Am no wimp but let out an ouch when it happens. Explained to Dr before second jab but he just replies "yes some people have had issues so will put it in the same place so both upper arms aren't giving you problems. Now it's been 6 months of discomfort & still haven't had booster as am afraid of end results. Cross fingers for me, am in my 70's & this will curb any travel if I'm not fully vaxed as in Australia they just keep us locked in. I want to be born in Hawaii in my next life 🤣

I wonder if you just need to move your shoulders/arms more?? Right after my vaccines, I totally moved my arms all day long. And when you were getting the actual shot, did you totally relax your arm? Put your hand in your lap so that the muscles are relaxed? I hope you get to go on your trip!! Start moving your arms, gently. Drinking lots of water, daily. Bob and Brad have amazing moves to help!!! And I hope you don’t sleep on that arm, like they said. I wish you well!! 🙂

@@melodythemassagetherapist6957 Thank you for the reply, I'll definately try moving it more. Just remembered 10+ years ago had a prob in other upper arm. Ultra, sound showed a slight tear in muscle?? About same time helped friend move & spent days up a ladder washing her walls. It completely fixed the problem. Was completely relaxed with first Vax maybe not second so will take that as good advice for booster.

Hi @@cherylvardy4073!! yes!!!! I hope the movement helps!!! And not just the day of the shot. Keep moving it for days!! Try this super easy move, while laying down, pretend you have a piece of chalk in your hand bring your arm up above your head and draw a rainbow above your head all the way from one side to the other. If that doesn’t make sense, google yoga rainbow move?? It totally helped my torn rotator cuff! Another move is called clock on the wall. Six years ago, I made a video with a yoga master, showing those moves, but I don’t want to promote my channel because other people might have better descriptions and I want to help you!! So sorry so chatty!! Hang in there!!

The pharmacist who gave me my shots recommended taking an antihistamine before and after getting the shot. My booster was less bad with the antihistamine in my system. I have no idea if it's too late to help you now, but maybe it wouldn't hurt to try. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Bob and Brad!! Another super video!!! Do any of your videos show doing the clock on the wall? You are standing facing sideways to the wall and gently stretch your arm (the arm that is against the wall) like the arm of a clock. Behind you, in front of you? I believe it’s a yoga move. Another yoga move is the rainbow one. You lay on your back and pretend like you are holding a piece of chalk and draw a rainbow over your head and down the sides. Those two moves totally helped my torn rotator cuff!! If you have already shown those moves, I’m so sorry to bother you with them! I haven’t been able to watch all your shoulder videos and you did say you were only picking the top five moves!! Hahaha oh well!! Hey have a super happy week!! Stay well!! 🙂

My problematic shoulder is the left one. And I'm a side-sleeper... so that's a big issue. Interestingly by now my left shoulder hurts more when I wake up in the middle of the night to turn around after sleeping on my right side. It seems as if my left shoulder just dangles forward and down (towards my front right/the bed) which causes even bigger pain than if sleeping on the left side (and thus the left shoulder) itself. Weird. Either way, I don't know what to do about it other than spending money (which I certainly don't have) on a specific side sleeper setup for my bed. So I'm out of luck, I guess and will have to suffer through it. But maybe some of these exercises work... You're piriformis exercise on the bed (probelmatic side knee up and towards the opposite side's shoulder) already did wonders even after doing it for the first time a few weeks back.

I used to watch your videos religiously for years. And often I’ve waited patiently to take notes down and incorporate your tips and recommendation into my daily routine. I am a survivor of a serious car accident 20 years ago that have left me fighting for my life for seven years and now I am able to lead a decently pain-free life. But I constantly have to work on and care for my injuries. But recently I have been put off by your over marketing of products. I don’t trust anymore whether you are recommending some things because they really work or because you are getting a cut from their sales. And please know that I understand the business model of KZitem influencers. But there is a thin line walk between servicing your loyal viewers and audience and taking them for fool. I am not writing this as a criticism or trying to get something out of it. I am writing this as a loyal fan who hates to see her favorite brands get lost in dollar signs . And I am also talking from a marketing expert’s point of view with international awards for decoding the secrets of successful marketing strategies. Your video are gradually becoming like a QVC telescoping show. Your viewership is cut by third in many instances. You are recycling old material but fail to reproduce them in a new and captivating way. It appears that you’re working with 20 - something years olds who are steering you in the wrong direction. I want to feel that you still care about your message and what matters to your viewers than selling products and making cash at the cost of wearing our patience out. Whoever is planning and implementing your marketing strategies and tactics do not care about us. They are failing and they will take you down with them if you continue listening to these faulty content strategies. I am sure that this comment will not make it on KZitem. Perfect! I am writing this to you, not as a comment. That’s what I do when I care about brands and professionals whom I used to respect but then they are at the risk of losing me as a loyal advocate for their message.

@About Creativity I wholeheartedly agree with you that there is no perfect system. It is why honest feedback can help steer the system towards optimal solutions in the ongoing struggle to maintain an equilibrium. Having been in the Ad agencies world for 3 decades, and knowing so well how easy brands can lose followers when they stop listening and deviate from their original brand’s promise, I have made it a practice to communicate with the brands I care about when I feel I am getting to the point of wanting to abandon them to another brand. I wrote that comment yesterday after I saw their latest video on my home page recommendations and I opted to click on “Don’t Recommend Channel“ option. I knew it is time to share my feedback in the hope they are listening . Thank you.
