I did this workout with a timing of 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. It wasn't easy. The weight of my dumbbells is 11kg each. You can perform this workout in several circles and increase the weight each circle. It will be very powerful for the shoulders.
My any training is for a while or for a short period of time. Tabata training is great for increasing endurance and muscle strength. You can also perform the exercises shown in the video separately in 3-4 sets, each exercise for 10-15 repetitions, and take a longer rest, up to 5 minutes!
