Hi all. And today I am happy to share with you a workout for the Shoulders at home! Training is fast and very effective, and most importantly, we do not need any additional equipment.
The muscles of the shoulder consist of 3 bundles: anterior, middle and posterior. In this workout, we will use all 3 beams, so this is really cool. The main thing is to choose the pace based on your physical indicators and go!
Today we have a bodyweight workout. In the future, if you want quick progress and gains in muscle mass, then use additional weight or a weight vest for these exercises.
To make the exercise easier, do push-ups from your knees. Remember about the regularity of classes and proper nutrition, as well as good recovery after training! At the end of the workout, be sure to stretch, and at the beginning of the workout, do a warm-up!
