My partner loves this band. I’ve seen the original band once. Angel eyes is my favourite. This line up just as great as the original. Nice to see Romeo still playing with the new line up. Groups from years ago should never die. May the music live on ❤

Saw them back then at Newcastle City Hall. Line up was slimmed down to vocalists, drums & bass. No lead guitars. No keyboards. V thin sound. V v disappointing :(

Lets face it for I "Loved" Showddywaddy they were a "Band" in the 70's bringing back the 50's from the USA. But, in their own unique style, for a 70's market. And they went on to sell their music to the 80's and 90's Generation, thanks to Dave Bartram, Buddy gask and Romeo Challenger and Co.

Saw them loads of times since they started. I think Andy should remain lead vocalist on all songs

Such an ignorant comment. This would be absolutely boring to most young people now. They have as much fun with music now as you did when you were young.

Exactly, the problem with trading under a known name with often no original members in the line up, often means little effort is made as people are going to see a name performing songs from a band of the same name that they use to like. It sells tickets but most of the time the performance is well under par, and better acts are doing the same stuff better but because they aren't trading under a well known name they don't sell the tickets. But they usually try a lot harder to perform and provide a much better experience.. These are what I call clinging onto the old fans band's.. I've seen a few what were once big name bands in the last couple of year's, mostly containing no original members, but singing the old bands hits like they were there's and been disappointed each time. I'm not one for putting rose tinted glasses on closing my eyes and imagining its the real thing up on stage. I'd sooner see unknown bands do covers, ticket prices are £10, not £50 and more often than not been pleasantly surprised
