The Afghan cauldron is a prototype of an ordinary pressure cooker, a national Afghan cookware with a long history. We can say - this is a thing from the past, which is designed for a very long service life. From the functional advantages: the ability to use in through passage conditions, cooking time for meat for example 20-30 minutes. The taste of dishes in an Afghan cauldron is different, since the dishes are cooked in a closed container at high pressure (boiling point).
