One of the other benefits I have experienced with T2 is that it has almost eliminated my unnecessary food cravings.. you know the ones where you have just eaten and are still hungry "for something", or you 'need' to snack during the day. I also eat much smaller portions, naturally.. much like I did when I was young and my mother told me to 'finish what's on your plate'.. but I just couldn't. I am coming to the conclusion that 'cravings' are just your body begging for something it is missing, and we keep giving it the wrong things because we don't know what it's asking for. T2 has also really improved my leg muscles which deteriorated when I had my thyroid removed with RAI. I take mine at 4pm every day.. away from my other thyroid NDT meds, and away from the evening and sleep. Works perfectly for me. I am down 22 pounds in 3.5 months... and have lost 8 inches from my waist.

I have taken one T2 empty stomach, one hour after my Synthroid in the morning..I do experience slight blurriness in my eye sight after an hour if taking it and then it goes away..I am on my 8 th day of taking. I am waiting to see how I feel.I have in the last 2 weeks started taking A,D,K, magnesium,B12, Omega 3s, and burbine. My joint pain has gone away and my energy level is up. Omega 3 fish oil and magnesium I think have helped the most. I workout 6 days a week. Lap swim 3x a week, lift weights and elliptical 3 x a week..I am retired so I have time..2 months ago I started to have joint pain and energy level was horrible. I forced my self to workout. I eat very healthy and gained some pounds on same routine. Binged watched Childs here and started taking vitamins, which helped a ton with probiotics. My work out has got 100% better. I have energy to workout and feel stronger. My weight has stayed the same but no gaining but I am putting on more muscle my belly fat has decreased. I started Hypo bundle last week. Drink lots of water on bundle or you will find constipation a problem until your gut levels out.. spoons of olive oil helped me..

I just received my T2 from you Dr Childs! I have had hypothyroidism since I was 7 and have been a roller coaster until 2016 when levels became stable until 2020 I have been on a yo-yo and needing some relief! I'm not sure what changed so drastically but thank you for sharing what can help! I am now in my 30s and worry for the future since I have been on synthroid or levothyroxine for so long.

Hello Dr. Childs, I am interested in your hypothyroid supplement package. I have struggled with this condition for most of my adult life. When I was diagnosed, my THS level was 34.3. I reached 402.5 lbs and was basically starving myself. My temperature is always 97.2 ⁰F, unless I am ill. All of the labs you discussed indicate that this condition is worsening, and I am barely able to function. I have lost all hope.

Dr. Child's I have been recently diagnosed with hashimotos, which I have been telling multiple Drs I think I have. They have assured me for over 20 yrs I didn't need to be tested for it. Since 2005 I have tried every diet, supplement and exercise routine with absolutely no results. I have been researching and self treating since 2005 and currently on t4&t3 but no change. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and a myriad of other ailments. Because I take so many different supplements to treat my hashimotos, IR etc my labs come back in the normal range, so I went off all supplements to treat myself and in 7 wks I gained 18lbs and my labs are still showing normal range. Help what can i do? I am now 60 lbs overweight. I intermittent fast 18 hrs, I walk 1 1/4 miles a day and I'm on CARNIVORE and keep gaining. My bp is always in the dangerous stroke levels and my Drs say they don't know why. Please help

It’s hard to exercise when you’re not well. Find a Doctor who understands hormones, many do not. Endocrinologist are the worse doctors to go to in my opinion. Labs are only a snapshot of what’s going on. Trust how you feel, not what’s on lab reports.

A dose of 60 milligrams is almost certainly a desiccated thyroid product. Because that is the quantity of thyroid powder - NOT the amount of thyroid hormone. It will contain approximately 30 micrograms of T4 and 9 micrograms of T3. That is, most of it is NOT thyroid hormone.
