Brilliant. Nothing to beat the sound of a four stroke engine. I have a world models super frontier senior which is very similar to the sig kadet senior. I fly it with a saito 72. Thanks for sharing your video, i enjoyed it very much.

I've got an older electric version - agree that it is a real sweetheart to fly.

Try some stalls at altitude. I think you'll find she can land much slower. Very nice airplane for beginners and it's great for seasoned pilots looking for a change of pace. Well done!

David David’s: What are you talking about? This design’s wingtip works well and certainly isn’t a “hoerner” tip at all, and the “stab design” and “root cord length” have no issues whatsoever. Maybe you should try flying a Sig model before you criticize. You’ll likely find out that Sig models are some of the best flying designs available. You also might be well served to brush up on your understanding of aerodynamics. I understand that stuff is taught in some schools of higher education nowadays.

Nice plane and great video. Too bad you can't hear that nice little 4 stroke engine for the crappy music added to the video.

these old designs, by sig and others, include some LESS-than ideal features. in this case, hoerner wingtips should Not be used on a model. the chosen stab design/root chord length is non-conforming. googletranslate

I don't believe a piece of tri-stock at the wing tip qualifies as a "Hoerner" wingtip. Many of the older designs had their roots in either free flight or single channel control and flew amazingly well.

Whats best? I have an overgrown senier at 90inches with a Tigre.90. it does well but has flat cut tips and seems to fight the air.
